Hi! My name's Renata. Born and bred in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. Languages are what I'm best at. I've studied Russian at college but as luck would have it I got a job as an English teacher after graduation and that's what I've been doing for the past ten years. I worked in a private school where I taught English for 6 years. After that, I started my own small business offering translation, teaching and guiding services. I'm also a licensed tour guide for the City of Zagreb. For the past year, I've been doing online lessons with both children and adults. I currently have 10 students, some of them learn English and some Croatian.

I am very good with beginners and intermediate students. I help with pronunciation, learning new vocabulary and grammar. I always offer corrections and offer endless speaking opportunities.

I enjoy teaching and more than anything I enjoy teaching English, but as much as I teach I am always looking for an opportunity to learn. I allow myself to learn something from my students as many times as they are willing to teach. Together with my students, we create an atmosphere of on-going conversation around our class topic.

I have a Bachelor of English degree, as well as a 120-HOUR TEFL Certificate. I am mostly fluent in English, as it has the language medium throughout my entire life and school career.

I am Teacher Adan and I want you to speak and write English / Spanish. I have worked as an English teacher for more than 3 years with different groups and ages. My methodology of work is based on having a learning environment where everyone can ask and participate in the language my students are learning. My main focus is to make everyone understand what I teach and how they can use in real life situations the content I give.

My learning materials are a book updated with the latest methods while learning a foreign language based on Person's content, the on-line tools I mentioned before so my students can develop interactive worksheets, speaking tasks, writings or vocabulary games and you (my student), who is the key to develop a well structured class with learning purposes.
